		<description>&lt;p&gt;I couldn&#039;t agree more.  Eating well for me is about trying to eat consciously, purposefully.  Putting less sodium-laden prepared food in my body and putting more salt on the food I do cook so it&#039;s seasoned properly.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Eating quick is an easy trap to fall into.  But if you put some thought behind it, and get quality ingredients, you can cook healthy food that tastes good, and unhealthy food that tastes amazing.  And you can do it with culinary savoir faire!&lt;/p&gt;
