		<description>&lt;p&gt;I actually like when reality cooking shows bring in a mass-market chef.  The Next Food Network Star brought in Red Lobster, Top Chef brought in TGI Fridays, etc.  Sure, it&#039;s not the type of food they normally cook, but to me it&#039;s just another constraint they have to cook under.  It shows something that more of the viewers can understand.  It also shows versatility on the part of the chef.  Plus, given the results we&#039;ve seen for these challenges, it will temporarily class up the menu at the restaurants featuring the winners.&lt;/p&gt;
